Shine Your Light

In this book, I share some of my own experiences of low self-esteem, and how I have worked through, and continue to work on, the impact of past trauma on my value of self-worth, and my positive mindset - showing others how negative past experiences do not need to impact our future lives.

Worksheets are provided to function as a self-help guide throughout the book, providing a step-by-step approach to building your sense of personal value and worth.

The book also contains case studies from some of my clients, who have worked with me on a one-to-one basis. By following their journeys towards increased self-esteem, you will see how they have learned to value themselves using the steps and guidance we worked on together to improve their esteem and change their lives.

The book is very simple to follow, ensuring that you can adapt the simple steps easily into your life. Repetition is how we, as humans, learn and grow, and so following these simple, but profound steps, can create a lasting impact and therefore permanent change.

Shine Your Light challenges readers to be more structured, to move at a slower pace, and to adapt core cultural changes, including putting ourselves first and building mindfulness into all areas of our lives.
